Printer Not Working

We had purchased Print head Model No. C 9381A (Black & Yellow) on exchange basis dated 1st June from your Authorized Service Centre Redington India Ltd, Worli, Mumbai-30, it is in warranty period of 90 days. Now it is not working properly. While printing Print Head blank the lines in inches. Printing is not proper. Therefore we have sent printer for repairing at Redington on dated 19th July by work order no. BB/10/00727.

Redington’s engineer said to us that they will be sent us report next day but we did not receive report on next day. After 4 days when we asked about the Report they said that the print head problem so you have to come at Redington, collect the call report and damage part that which you have to go and submit at R T outsourcing Service Ltd. Elephinston Rd. Mumbai for the replacement of print head. Our person does all this things. When We asked at Customer Relationship of Redington for why our person go there instead of your work but they don’t response properly. They are shouted on phone while correspondence. It is not proper for better customer relationship. Our manpower serves for their work. How many times our person goes and come there. Lots of time and expenses afford our person but result either zero or to be delayed. We are suffering those problems. So we kindly request you that you suggest another Authorized Service Center that is be nearest to us or you should pay for our manpower’s traveling expenses and lots of time that which spend our person instead of Redington work. I think you may assume how much cost we pay for repairing but never it solve earlier.
