Not recived the promotional gift

I have purchased a HP original Ink. There was a promotional scheme mentioned on the wraper of the cartridge. "WIN EXCITING GIFT WITH EVERY PURCHASE". By registering the 20 digit code found on the cartridge pack on www.hp.com/in/ink.

I have also registered the same on 19.07.2010 and won a HP Printer F4488 AIO. I have also written a letter on 31.08.2010 to "inks@hporiginalrewards.com" which is official ID for the rewards and got a reply that it is in proccess and iI will get my gift award within a week. But till date I have not recieved the same.

Now I writting for my winnig award to them but getting no reply from there side.

Please suggest what to do.
