I have a prepaid connection of Relaince Mobile no. 9352722219 since last three years. On this facility the company deduct unnecessary charges from card for services i never demanded.

on 15th August company deduct Rs. 80/- on account of some SMS and on inquiring your company inform that there is some mistake in charging rates also. Same was happen on 25th Sept, they deduct Rs. 88/- without inform us any things . company deduct charges for one or other thing. In our country where many people are illetrate and not aware of checking the bills charged by these company, it is really frustating when company charged the innocent customers for nothing . i want TRAI to take actions against these companies.
