Mobile damaged by nokia care

I am using nokia n85 its still in waranty period when i first gave my obile to galary it was only having usb problem but after that it not at all working now.when i am telling the to give my cell and replace they saying it cant be repaired and since 2 months they are saying we are working on your fone.there for i request you to please help me i want my cell to be replaced or i want my money back so please help me as possible as you can.my no 9821580896 my id rahul.kale11@yahoo.co.in.plz do it plzzzzzz
