I had already lodged two complaints regarding not giving cool effects in my refrigerator which is the sole work of a refrigerator. I have my doubt whether any company named haier is in existence in India or else in the world. Your company should clearly mentioned there is service after sell. You have no right to cheat people in such a fraudulently. I think it is a racket selling some assembled items in the ghost name with false promises. if your company is in existence why you people are afraid of attending the customer''s complaints. Now i am lodging this complaints with you for the last time. After that I am not going for any more complaints with your company. I will take the help of court for getting justice.
