On sept i purchased one aquasure water purifier worth Rs3300.00.After 6 months it got damaged and i registerd complant in their service center at ernakulam, their ph no;04846060664.RegNo of complaint 264/4492.dt.26/4.i wated for 2weeks, they didnot take proper action and then i collected the mobile number of their manager Mr. Abhilash, (09388901432). I informed him this problem several times, but yet he did not take any action to solve the prolem. Because of their irresponsibility i am not satisfied with their product and their service.this is the34th day from the date of complaint.
