POOR REPAIR SERVICE

I had a SAMSUNG phone on 10/03/09. model no of phone is SGH-B100i with imei no 358725020766838.

It got some fault on 29/006/09. since it was under warranty i submitted my phone to SAMSUNG service center (durga electronics services, sec-14, gurgaon) on 30/06/09.

At that moment they told me that they would repair the phone with in 15 days, but i don't know when those 15 days are going to end. now almost three &a half months have passed.

and i have visited their service center so may times, i have called them many times but they don't care.

i don't know what to do now, but one thing is sure m not gonna to buy a samsung product ever in my life.
