I had recharged my cell phone with RS289 gprs pack which provide free browsing and 125 mb free data download.this service activates within 2 days after you recharged your phone but in my case it took 3 days and this is all due their customer care executives. After 3 days when the service is started it costs me unless it is free of cost and when i call the customer care none of them was able to solve problem.when i told them please took my complain and give me the complain number all of them told that sorry we could not able update your information because the server is slow please call after some time.

After 4:00 pm it is impossible to contact customer care executives because call automatically disconnected after 2-3 sec. Its so damn easy to talk to a customer care executive in Reliance and Vodafone. Guess, Airtel is busy in acquiring new customers and paying its brand ambassadors, making new ads with variations of the AR.Rahman's composed tune, but they have forgotten their core business.

I am a student and Rs 289 is very much valuable for me and now it looks like i am going to loose my money and the total credit goes to AIRTEL.I need a clarification from them.
