Regarding complaint with Alegion insurance

I have a comp lent against Alegion Insurance company, that is I had purchased my mobile in Bangalore with Universal shop, that is on 3/3. i had lost my mobile 23/3, i had complained to my nearest police station, & i got the form 76A, i attached all the documents with Insurance Clim letter & sent to their office to Chennai, till now aim waiting for their response, i dint get a call from them.

When i tried to call them they are not picking a call, i was trying to call everyday once they picked & they not ready to listen what aim telling, because i had language problem on Tamil.when i taking in English he dint understand what aim telling.

so on this matter what shall i do.

one thing i want to tell for everybody, i don't wont the insurance or Mobile, but why this people are citing to the costumers.so no body is their to take a action such a like this company's.
