Not getting original battery and headphone

I am one of the customer of Huawei CDMA cell phone of Tata Indicom, model no is - C2900i since 2002. Presently I am not able to get its original battery and headphone in to Huawei service center. Please confirm me how to get its original baterry and headphone.
