Hello,

I have a Pure -IT water purifier since 2-3 years. Till date the company has given me good response for replacing battery and other problems. But recently I am facing lot of problems and I am not happy with the serivce.. The tap of my water purifier is broken and I need to get it replaired or replaced. Its been more than one week that I am calling the customer care and complaining for the same. It has become impossible for us to drink water from the purifier. Also the rains have started and I dont want my family members to fall sick because of the bad service of Pure It.(HUL). It is appreciated that HUL does good amount of social service but at the same time it needs to take care of its customers. Thanks.
