VERY COSTLY REPAIR

I had purchased VCD MP3-CD Mini Hi-Fi System costing Rs.9, 990.00. It was giving some problems since its purchase. Despite several times attending during warrantee period the complaint by their service engineers the complaint in the above system could not be rooted out.

The problem is very simple that the left lid of the cassette player system some times does not open, for which I have been asked to pay Rs.2, 100/-.
