GErm kill kit not delivered

I have ordered germkill kit 10 days back (11th FEB), bu t is not yet delivered.my filter has dried up and we are drinking non filtered water. Hindustan Unilever is not managing the after sale services for this product. I got syatem SMS with ref no. RFS/140183 on feb 11 to confirm the status of delivery. There were 3 calls made on 18601801000 and the callcentre says ther are sorry everytime and assure of delivery at the earliest. Customers are facing the drawbacks of outsourcing the complaints.
