Nokia c505
Touchscreen is not working

I have purchased a nokiac505 mobile dated 23/03 from MAK TOWER, CIVIL LINE ALLAHABAD .after some days the set stopped functioning. For removing this problem, so many times i have visited the nokia service centre at gorakhpur and allahabad but i did not found any satisfactory response by them. They told that part is not available, so it is impossible to repair.

so I request to you to giive me proper suggestion and take necessary action regarding this.
