TV not functioning correctly

We brought a Hyundai TV on June 14 bill no 0280719.
For the first 2 months the TV was working fine. From then on it started giving problems.
The TV was giving patched all over the screen. When we complained we were told it was a problem due to deguasing. The company executive came and did degausing. The picture quality was fine for few days anf then problem re-occured. One of the company executive even gave us a suggestion the problem is due to location the TV is placed in the hourse and some interference i causing. When we persisted to our complaint finally after 6 months they changed the Picture tube. THis too has not solved the problem. We even spoke to krishna murthy (9886080952), I was told he is heading the department. He assured us they knew the problem much better than us and we should not speak on this topic. Repeated complaints yielded no results. When we told we are going to conusmer court they gave us another complaint number. The agency called and they asked when is the warranty getting over? - I told them in 10 days. They just dropped the call and did not get back to us. Now when we call the customer service we see the complaiant is closed. If we are sligthly stern then a senior comes and speak and finally arrange for some executive. The executive tells us this case with managemnet and we are considering it for an exchnage. THis has been going on for a year. Yesterday was the worst: When I called and asked the status of the complaint the call center informed our complaint is closed. I insisted to speak to a senior, she mentioned senior is busy. I inisted to hold, but she cut the call, saying they will call back in 5 mins. More than 24 hours has passed nothing has happened.
I feel their intention was to let the warranty period to pass and not they are forcing us to accept a new complaint no which will be outside the warranty period and we will have to pay.

Such a poor customer service is totally uncalled for and unacceptable. Looks they have taken us for a ride and our money. How are they allowed to sell TV which does not even work for 6 months.
