Madurai service centre not satifactory

We have ondia hydrofall 70. Drier is not working properly.

on 17-02 one Mr. Senthil from Madurai onida service centre came to our house and repair the same. we have paid Rs.800/- for reapair & service charges.

on that day itself, the drier worked for the first load and then stops. at once, we call him back.

we have still now no response from their side.

Monday morining by10.00 o'clock when they come to their table, they call us and asked "what is the complaint in your washing machine? have you complained with us? " this is happening for the past three months.

washing machine drier not working. ask your dealers in madurai not to lcall us and torture us every monday, that too just for asking; not coming and doing and solution to us.

if possible do klthe needful and please leave us. don't call us on every monday. thank you.
