I5800 express music phone
Touch commands such as back, OK is not responding

A i5800 express music phone was ordered on 13.3.2010 with the order no 215037. Phone was delivered on 18.3.2010 which was defective. It was sent back to Naptol online shopping center, C/O Marco Enterprises on 19.3.2010 and the same was received there on 22.3.2010. The problem in the phone was not getting response on touching OK or back key on the screen. Till todate i.e.10th April, it was not sent back after replacement/repair.
