At mobile network error is coming

I have a complaint regarding my mobile (Ril mobile no 8000559831) it is showing network error all the time when i dail any number ever the reliance customer care no. 198 and *333 or any other no. it gives a alarm network error connection, so many times complaint to Relinace cutmoer care no and they told go to Relinace communication shop when i go ther they told me call to cutomer care so this is continouslly going on and one is able to listen at Reliance communicaiton shop of my City: BHARUCH (GUJ) even i told there the problem has not been solve, they stratelly told me that ui have to call to 198 and then they donot care about it. this is a very big problem so i am so fedoff with reliance, so any one can solve my problem may contact me on my vodaphone no. 9979693388
