Making foolish by service cente

Hi,

I have taken cell of model 7210c, after taking this mobile i am getting lot of problems. It's keypad is not working properly & Send to service center for thrice for same problem at Baroda service center [ V mobiles ].

I have submit my mobile on 5 th july through from where i have purchased [ Bala Mobile- Ankleshwar-Gujarat].They told me in your mobile has more problem so we have to send Dilhi for repairning after more 10 days it will came at Bala mobile but infront of him I have checked but same problem seen means came cell without solving problem.

Bala mobile's manager told me to visit personally at baroda service center so I am agree but it was my big mistake. I have sent cell with my friend who is leaving at baroda so manager of V mobiles told that in ur cell have some drops of water and now ur mobile will not came in warenty.

I have told story to him & She reply me that We have not sent ur mobile to Delhi but bcz of courior problem it is laying on her service center for 1 week so i got surprice they both are making foolish the custmor,

Finally i have request to repair my cell to manager of V mobile & They have repaired by cell with charging of 220 Rs. Rupees is not matter for me but they both have chetaed me[ V mobiles & Bala mobiles].

Nokia has world famous for custmer satisfaction so request take some necceassaroy action so in future no one custmar suffer.

I think for custmer satisfaction & ur brand name you have to vidraw 7210c model from the market.
