Non-installation of DTH Connection

I purchased one LG monitor TV model No. M227WA-PT from M/s. NAVCOM Technologies, CD-139 B, Pitam pura, Delhi-110088 vide invoice No.7262dated 3.10.2009. Alongwith the TV I got an LG IT Claim form No.320525 through which I am entitled for a Free DTH Connection that includes Set top bod, accessories & cable installation & activation alongwith 6 months free subscription. The said form duly filled in alongwith a demand draft from Rs.99/- in favour of Specramind Marketing Pvt Ltd. has been sent by me and received by M/s. Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. on 25th October. Till date no resp0nse has been received from the service provider or from LG. I shall be grateful if quick action is initiated to install the Set top box etc. at my residence.
