Eceving of mms

Dear sir,

I received one mms but in mobile i am not able to see that. bbut i got the massage that the mms will exprie in five days customer service given passwared but where i have to open not understanding inn the web address.

please suggest that how to get that mms to my mobile. my nno is 91-9505021923.
