My Mob no - 9656700167 - i already activate your new offer Idea TV@ rs 150/- monthly rent (Unlimited plan).

at the time of canvasing, your network has no problem, the sales / marketting execuitves were happy & good response from them at the time of asking doubts before activation, at that your server has no problem . but after activating the offer, no proper response from your end. while calling customer care, some body says server down, some body says pls call after 04/05 hrs, others saying lots of reasons...

i called 05 times today to raise my complaint to customer care office from land phone & mobile .saying that its a technical error. will take 24 hrs.why dont they inform at that time (befor activation, may be some problem will be faced at the time of activation like that) very bad

Customer care means - to care / to clear all the doubts & to solve the problems smoothly
