Idea Customer Care Not Listening!!

Last month I bought Idea prepaid sim card.By mistake, I activated Job Search service on 13th October. As soon as I realised I called up the customer care and asked for deactivation of the same service. I was told that Rs. 30 deduction would not be rolled back and that by next month the service will be deactivated. I received a message from them for the same. Now the problem is that when I recharged my account this month, Rs. 30 were again deducted. I am trying to call up the customer care for more than 2 weeks but they are not picking it up saying they are busy. I am fed up of this. They are behaving so unprofessional. If they will not listen to my problem then they will again deduct 30 Rs. in the coming month. Never knew they will stoop to this level for their earnings.

Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
