Deduction GPRS

Idea is deducting money every day from my recharge talk time value. I neither requested nor downloaded anything. When I talk to customer care they politely say they will refund by 4th July. But they kept on deducting everyday and my full balance is gone. In the end they send SMS your request for refund of balanced could not be refunded.

I called again to customer care -- they cannot respond. I feel like shoooooooooing!!!
