Airtel Prepaid
Sim deactivated without notice

Sir,

I Sreeraj R, took an airtel prepaid connection last september by submitting my id proof and photo. My number is 9567666429. 2 weeks before i got a call from airtel regarding address verification and they asked me to submit id proof at the nearest airtel office ie. in vellayambalam, Trivandrum. i submitted the id proof as they said. yesterday (23 nov around 10 pm) onwards my sim has been deactivated. i am getting poor response from the customer care. i will be forced to terminate my other existing airtel connections along with this one if i didnt get justice. Also further steps will be taken if needed.
