Idea tv charges

I have received a call from representative regarding IDEA TV on cell. Repeatedly I told that I am informed that I am not interested in it. But to my badluck I have cpncented for the same. Immediately Rs.150/- has been debited to my card. I have received a call from your delhi office regarding connectivity of TV chanels. I told that chanels can't be connected on my cell. Thereafter I send message to 4444 informing that I am unable to see the chanels hence disconnect the facility and refund the amount charged to my card. Surprisingly without refunding the charges again on 1/4 Rs.150/- has been debited to my account. When I am not using the facility how you have debited the charges to my account?

I once again request you to refund the amount immediately by crediting to my card under intimation to me if not doen I will approach consumer forum for further action in the matter.

Also discontinue promotional calls to my number immediately.

I expect action and reply from you at the earliest.
