Sir, I purchased a 20SC2 microwave oven from M/s Ajay Electronics, Palampur (H.P.) on 4/11. The oven was working properly and efficiently till August but since the last couple of weeks, electric current / shock is coming on the oven body on starting it, which is a very serious and dangerous fault. Thus use of the oven has been stopped due to shock risk. Please make immediate arrangement to resolve the problem.
