IFB/6kg DIGITAL WASHING MACHINE
WASHING MACHINE IS NOT WORKING &SERVICE PERSON NOT ATTENDING STILL NOW

I'm Sathyapriya, lecturer in Anna university Tiruchirappalli, Ariyalur campus.

bought 6kg digital IFB washing machine on 21/2/10 at mangal &mangal shopping mall, trichy. It was in good condition upto 5/5/10 only. i made a complaint on 10/5/10 to custamer care, the complaint number is 4491188. But no one is taking response still now. I made complaints to the following persons they are in custemer care. SUBASH ON 25/5/10, SONY ON 3/6/10, PARBAHARAN ON 16/6/10, PAUL ON 16/6/10, SATHYAPRIYA ON 26/6/10, KRISHNAKUMAR ON 26/6 /10 7) KUMARESAN ON 26/6/10, 8) SATHISHKUMAR ON 16/7/10, 9) SWEDHA FROM BANGLORE ON 4/8/10, . NANDHAGOPAL ON 4/8/10 .I made not even for above mentioned persons, also complaint to so many persons not mentioned here. I think the IFB company is not there. If the problem is not solved by you within a week then I'll complaint to consumer court by refering my lawer. There is always problem between me &my husband, since he supported to buy LG only, by my compelsion only we bought IFB.Here after i advice to others not to buy any IFB product because of IFB's very very very very... worst service.
