Online Sale - Product Not Delivered

I booked an IFB washing machine (AW7233) on ifbappliances.com on 24th August. Online order number is 191625

Least i can is it has been a nightmare since then following it up. Amount was debited from my credit card the next day, but never had any mail or call on the status of delivery as on today (Sept 09).

Have repeatedly called their constumer care who just provide me different numbers to talk to. Had called up numerous times the below (Hyderabad) numbers

repeatedly mentions this number to be of the person incharge on online sales)

I am being suggested to upgrade my model (pay more) as the stock is not available since 4 months!! But what they seem to forget is i ordered a product from their website and the product was put on sale. So to put product on sale thats not available with them is no less than a scam.

If presales is such a pathetic experience with no response on mail/calls. One can imagine the plight in after sales service

Request fellow customers to stay away from this brand and sales scam. Totally unprofessional and unethical business practice is the least i can say for IFB. (International FRAUD Brand!!)
