Washing not prope

I had purchased IFB Washing machine (Senator 6 Kg) through Canteen Stores Department, Bangalore on 11 Dec 09.After purchasing this machine, this machine is giving problem day one onwards. It had a problem of clothes not washing properly and timer was also defected. Complain was made in last week of Decemer, timer was changed but the washing quality could not be improved. one complain was made on 16 jan 10. once again complain was made on 20 feb. some item was chaged but once again wash quality could not be improved. Then complain was made om 04 Apr one technician nammed Anandan with one more executive came to see the wash quality, they washed the clothes and they were also of the opinion that wash quality is not good. then i contacted Mr Nitin (service manager) he said i 've got the report but did not do anything after that. then after that i contacted Mr notin no. of times but he didn't do anything.

I 'm not satisfied with the machine and the service quality of theIFB, this piece itself is defected, so i want either my money may be return back or machine may be replaced with new one
