Ref: complaint no.4161960. dated 19.Feb.2010.
Details of the complaint-- the m/c got struck and not working. the complaints was given around 20 days before and till today no person has responded or come or attended.i have called helpline 10 times, called Mr. Parthesarathy, called Mr. Saravanan once, explained, but no response.
why this behaviour, if one company has decided to treat its customers like this, then it will lose its goodwill for sure. when we finally said we will take up the issue to consumer court, the helpline peraon was so cool about. this is a ruthless behaviour and this attitude should be changed. you claim that a complaint will be attended within 48 hours, but not honouring yr own words. this is not correct.
I strongly tell that my complaint should be attended immediatelly, or be prepared to face the consequences.
