COMPALINT ATTENDING VERY POOR

I have registered a complaint with IFB CUSTOMER CARE DATED 5/3 COMPLAINT NO. being 4220533.

Till date it has not been attended they dont have spares in stock this is the state of IFB supposed to be one of the top brands of the world.

At time of purchase they enticed me to sign up for 4 yrs of AMC and this is the callous attitude of the staff.

Kindly dont buy IFB products.their after sales servive is very poor.
