My Microwave is still under warranty period. It is not working for the past 2 months. I make a complaint to the costumer care every week. The phone numbers that are given whose ever it is does answer my call. I even called the customer care to connect me to the higher authorities but the person answering the phone just will not. The name IFB has gained for its quality is being totally damaged by the service centres. The complaint registered by me has been closed without even taking an action. I had to register again and even for that no action is being taken. The numbers of Mr Durai, Mr Siva, Ms Priya, Mr Mano I think are all fake as there is no response or it is switched off. I am going to strongly advice people not to buy anymore of this product.
