No response not giving proper service

We had logged a complain regarding washing machine 35 days ago but servicemens come to our house and take that machine with them for repairing and ensures us that they will return it in 3 days .we are facing problems just because of that.

we had called them many times but there was no response all ur company persons are not responding at all they are making excuses that they will return it in next 2 to 3 days.

there is no 1 to take responsibility of that.

so kindly respose to us immediatly or we will take legal actions against ur company
