I am vinod chithore. My wife has given complaint foe IFB washing machine which is under AMC to call center. The responce was there after 2 days. Technician carried out repair. Charges were paid. But machine has stoped working. Complaint is given under no4706275 at call centre ph no 28839823. Technician came after 3 days. Complaint is still pending. After enquary with call centre i came to know that some part is comming from Goa and m/c can not be repaired for another 5 days. This is frustating. After so much follw up also the service is very [poor. Can i get a relief? Call me 9930990152
