I am on regular A.M.C. since last 10 years. Yet this time I am facing a alot of problems. No proper service was provuided.

The person did come to visit but in vain.

The dryer is not working. He also said that i need to change the body of the washing machine because it has rust out. My questions are:

1. What is the actual cost of the body?

2. Is it not covered in the A.M.C.?

3. What about the dryer. If it doesnt works even after changing the body?

4. Should i go for a repair or buy a new one? That model is an old one haevy steel tubs which dont come any more these days..
