Egarding non functioning of washing machine senorita dx

I (SUMAN GROVER) purchased senorita dx IFB from "Hari Om Electronics" ashok vihar, delhi in the year 2007 with two years warranty. And now it has stopped working. After repeated calls to customer care, there has been no response beside getting customer code no. which is 1665405 and complaint no. 5156646 dated 23.09.2010.

They have provided me with phone numbers of Monica and Anuradha who never responded to my repeated calls. My mobile number is 9313621118 resident of G5/8 (90 meters) 2nd floor, sector -11, Rohini, New Delhi -110085

I feel I have done a big blunder in choosing THIS BRAND.
