Poor qwality of the cooking bowl supplied with induction cooke

I bought the microwave 30CS2 sr no 000594 on 11-10 from Napal Agencies, Panipat. The induction cooker supplied with above having no sr no ;create doubt about product authenticity.

Also it is very pinching to me, the qwality of the sheet of the bowl supplied with. Most of the things cooked in it tends to spoil due to burning at bottom side. It was a matter of Rs 20-30 only to use slightly better sheet for making cooking bowl. It has become better if company give a detailed USER GUIDE with the product.

My wife is unable to use the microwave wihtout demonstration at home at Mathura.
