NOT WORKING

Purchased a washing machine model Elite. From the date of installation on 28th SEP 08 the machine is out of order. I find it very difficult to get their technician from the kerala service centre. Everytime I have to route the complaint through their call centre and follow with local service centre. With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician three times during the last 16 days, still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not usable.

My complaints to local marketing person is not useful and he is trying avoid the complaint calls.

The local service provider is not at all attending the phone calls. They have some trainees technicians to attend service calls, still i am waiting there service. There is no response to my complaint through e mail also.
