Complaint regarding ifb service center -washing machine under amc

My washing machine is under amc with ifb company but they are not attending the complaint even after a no of reminders

everytime they assure that within 24hrs our engineer will visit bt the same dsnt happen ever

my previous complaint was shown as attended though no one ever visited to see the machine or even contacted us

again i have loged the complaint on 27th december bt no one has visited till date

yhey have even provided me the no of their chief executive, ie, Mr Srikant -9313778756

even that no is not picked up by anybody
