Defer to provide services while appliance under warranty

Greetings,

I would like to lodge a complaint via consumer forum for IFB regarding the deferred services provided by IFB .

Appliance Detail :

IFB washing machine (Make & Model number: WT ELN DX 037744 ;

Serial Number : 090316037744

The IFB Customer code is : 090316037744 .

Complaint details: This is to update you that I am owner of above washing machine whose details are listed above. The Appliance was under warranty until 8 May1 . I have lodged acomplaint on 5th May (Complaint number : 6308714) following a fault observed in the appliance. The IFB representative visited the place and adviced that drum needs to be replaced and he has to do communication with IFB and will revert back. He left premises mentioning that he will pay visit day after tommorrow. Therefater repeated followup calls i was adviced that complaint has been closed and, I need to lodge a fresh call and pay Rs .2500 towards repair charges, in case i need to get my appliance repaired. Despite the appliance was under warranty, I was denied for providing the services and now being forced asked to pay extra money in order to get my appliance working. Therefore would request you to kindly lodge a complaint against the IFB and help me to get this issue resolved. I would also request you to warn IFB regarding this indecent behaviour and denial of rights under cosumer law.
