Washing Machine not getting Serviced since last 3 months

My top loading washing m/c is not working for the last 3 months now.

It is presently under extended warranty - I had paid Rs 2382 for a 2 yr AMC. In spite of repeated compaints to service centre nothing has gotten done.

A guy by name Mr Manjunath falsely gives assusrance that some engineer will come every other day. His supervisor Mr Kumar has been committing since last 2 weeks now to rectify but nothing is set right.

Since there is no one to go to further I am considering legal recourse now whatever it may take.
