I have bought 2 washing machines if Senorita DX during November from thedate of purchase, i have been having comlaints from this bloody machine

My Consumer ID 1653553, under extended warranty. So far, so many compalints have been lodged about huge sound and nonfunctioning of the machine. now, the rubber rim around the door got mangled and with a huge sound it got stopped. let me know, if you are ready to replace the machine or I will go consumer forum am media for the reddressal of the complaint.

Yesterday I have ladged a complaint with ref no.7111430.o far none has attended to.

My sincere advise is not to buy any of the IFB appliances. It is big cheat
