Spin dryer is not working

Complain number-7047021, dated-29/8, time-2:40pm,

Washing machine is purchased from M/s.V.B.Elecronics, Vapi on 13/07 under two years warranty.

Model No. 8061- IFB Top Load

We have contacted several time Mr. Pravin Mobile No. 9824192341. Everytime they promise to attend.

Still the problem is not resolved.

We are mentally harrased by the company service department and their customer care department.

We need your intervention to compansate the harrasement charges
