AC service complaint

I had purchased an onida ac split 1.5 tonne in which was working fine till a month back. I lodged a complaint with Onida Service center and coordinated with Rashid (8860616110) supervisor with onida service center in Patparganj The technicians came and checked the ac and came to the conclusion that the inetrnal PC need to be checked and changes. The technician who came and checked the AC as per my understaning does not even have the knowledge and try to make fool of the consumer. Its been a month and no one is responding to our complaint. Whenever I call, they just tell me to wait for one day, nobody has attended the complaint. The ac is supposed to work during the summers and I dont think that I would be able to enjoy the ac this summers.

Please look into the matter and do the needful. I hope with your help I would get justice.
