Not received rat mat in senorita dx washing machine

I have booked senorita dx washing machine on 11/10 through online shopping. Ifb. SKU: Senorita Delux 13502-238588348-1. Order no.-210005.Supply Date-17/10. Installed on-24/10.I complaint at bhopal branch on 0755-3915629 about rat mat not received with the washing machine. Complaint to Mr. Kishore, then to Jyoti Barolia on 7489897926. She told me that rat mat is not available at the branch. She told me that she had requested to head office about my problem. Then again I called Miss Anu on 9303633015 but she did not responsed. Then I made a complaint about this at the customer care and they gave me Ticket No.-192451.
