Worst Service Centre

Hello Sir,

Am having ONIDA POISON TV. Am having Annual Maintenance Charges for one year cost Rs. 1600. Bill no: 75751. Service centre no: ADONIS ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD.

Last september my TV had switch problem issue. Have contacted customer service on 30th september and executive came to house on 4th november. He identified the fault, but not taken any action and simply he left the house stated that, he will bring spare part and will come to house soon. and got signed from my father. After the visit, he never came back to my home. 21days before my television is fully dead and not working. Have called customer service so many times, but there is no response from them, even from Branch Manager nor from Branch Incharge.
