Washing Machine not working

Dear Sirs

We have purchased a IFB washing machine at Tirupur MGB, Multi Branded Electronic Showroom (IFB Digital 5Kg).

Problems: The water inlet problem.

We have been calling up the respective company but till date no action has been taken. We have been launched complaint for the past 4 months, IFB Customer Care has forwarded complaint to M/s. Vinayaka Traders, Salem. M/s. Vinayaka Trades, has sent technicians 3 to 4 times, but none of them found what is the exact problem. Today, they have sent one person, he is demo person, he opened the machine and mishandled it, finally the machine's board is not working, either exchange the piece or we request the company to return the money paid by us to the company.
