The timer of the machine has been behaving erratically, jumping suddenly. Complained to company at its customer care no. on 23 June. The lady responding politely said she was unable to give the usual complaint no. as their computer was not working, but assured that our machine would b attended to within 24 hours. This was after she had verified all our particulars. Now, even after 48 hours there is no response.
