Machine not working

Extremely poor service from IFB. It is very upsetting to find that people at IFb don't attend to complaints. They do not send technicians to resolve problems even while the products are in warranty period.

Filed complaint for my Washing Machine and Microwave but did not get any help from the customer service department. Made repeated phone calls but no one from IFB bothered to call back and check. False promises were made that the machine would be repaired within 24 hrs but nothing happened.

No senior person attended my call, no technician came home to repair the appliances. I have finally given up and have decided to buy a new machine of some other brand, someone who can promise better after sales service..
